This Privacy Policy describes how Skanda Interior Designers Tirupati (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website https://skandainterior.com and our interior design services.
Information we collect
Our enquiry and booking forms ask for your name, phone number, the service you are interested in and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your locality or a preferred appointment time. When you submit one, two things happen: we record those details on our own server so that your enquiry reaches us and is not lost, and we open WhatsApp with the same details ready to send, so you can start the conversation straight away if you want to. Sending in WhatsApp is entirely your choice; anything you do send there lives in your WhatsApp chat with us, and WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles it under its own privacy policy. We also record the page you were on and your IP address; the IP is stored alongside your enquiry and is used to stop automated abuse of the forms.
Our free cost estimator collects details in the same way. It asks for your name and phone number, optionally your email address and locality, and the answers you give about your property and the work you want. We email those answers to our team and keep a copy on our server so we can prepare your estimate and follow it up.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver our design services. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share it only with trusted service providers who help us contact you or operate the estimator, and only to the extent needed.
Cookies & analytics
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our typefaces are served from our own server rather than from Google. Two Google services do still load on particular pages: the map embedded on our contact page, and Google Fonts on our free cost estimator. Like any web request, both see your IP address, and Google handles that under its own privacy policy.
Data retention & security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet any legal obligations, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights
In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time. To make a request, email us at info@skandainterior.com.
