Renigunta is roughly 15 km from our studio, close enough that site visits, measurement checks and supervision happen without any of the friction distance introduces. In practice this means a query raised in the morning can be looked at in person the same day, and installation can be supervised continuously rather than in scheduled blocks. It is the closest thing to having the studio down the road.

New possession or existing home

The two situations need different plans. In a newly handed-over flat or house, everything can happen together, which is faster and cheaper than returning in phases — but the electrical and plumbing decisions have to be made before anything is closed up. In an occupied home, work is phased room by room so you always have a functioning kitchen and bedroom, with the dusty trades grouped and finished first.

At completion we walk through the home with you and write down every snag — a misaligned shutter, a scratch, a flickering light — and agree a date to close the list. That final walkthrough, and the retention it is tied to, is what gets the last ten per cent of finishing done properly rather than left for later.
