After we hand over
Covered for up to 30 years
Our work does not end on handover day. Every Skanda project is backed by a guarantee of up to 30 years. The exact term depends on the materials and grades chosen for your home, so ask us and we will confirm in writing what covers your specification before any work begins.
What the guarantee covers
Manufacturing and installation defects in the carpentry, modular units, hardware and finishes our own team supplies and fits. Boards, fittings and appliances also carry their manufacturer's own cover, and we hand you those documents at handover.
What it does not cover
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage from a source outside our scope of work, and anything altered, repaired or re-fitted by someone else after we hand over.
Raising a service request
